Fifty percent of the cost of the saddle is paid at the time of ordering. This deposit is non-refundable.
If the saddle is returned for whatever reason after being received, it will be sold on consignment. We will get the best price possible for this special order and take 30 per cent commission

The Southern Cross Poley fleece-lined
shown here with the new AUSTRALIAN SAFETY OXBOW. The curve in the stirrup allows for easier release of a
caught boot. The Saddle has a 5" dip in
the seat. The knee pads are 3 1/2". The seat is web-strung with an
adjustable wood/steel tree. Merino wool lines the panels and the hardware
is solid brass.

Southern Cross Endurance
The Southern Cross Endurance is the ultimate in endurance luxury. Weighs 19 lbs in a standard seat size, bare.
The dip in the web-suspended seat is 4 3/4". The knee pads are 8" long, 3" high, and moved more to the verticle
to make posting and two-pointing easier.
Price $3,495.
Horn adds $150.

TRADITIONAL SOUTHERN CROSS POLEY
This saddle is in keeping with the design of
Australian saddlery that goes back over 200 years. It has the traditional
outer and under flap, and the traditional surcingle. What we at the
Australian Stock Saddle Company have added is the UNIQUE girthing system,
that employs both the Big D rigging common to Western saddles ( and most
recently most Australian saddles!} Still, we have kept the traditional
surcingle. More pull for keeping the saddle on the horse. The
cinching is easy-to--use tackaberry lacing. Cinch your horse in 10
seconds, and uncinch in three seconds!! Price without horn: $3,495

The Southern Cross Traditional uses the
legendary surcingle, common over history to Australian saddles, in
conjunction with the big D, now popular on most Australian saddles.
This system eliminates buckles, and makes it easier to cinch the
horse.
