Fox Poley Customer Comments

To heck with it Colin! ( this customer had asked why Western saddles could not be built with adjustable wood/steel trees)
Once I'm ready to start breakaway & ranch roping I will buy another saddle from you with a horn. I have never felt more secure than I do in my Fox Poley. Adding a pommel to a stock saddle would defeat one of its great purposes, which is you can actually get your hands where they are supposed to be to properly communicate with your horse. Plus one of the issues I see with western saddles is the skirts are too long in back and the pommel requires the tree to be longer in front both of which can restrict the horses movement. I have had people tell me that the bigger skirts help keep the saddle from moving, bullshit! Improperly fitted saddles with thick pads and riders that don't anticipate what their horse is going to do is what causes a saddle to roll to the side. Oh and Velcro was not invented by man but by God. And it was first discovered in the seat of gifted horsemen like you and I! We have western saddles that we are selling this spring for this very reason. Thank you for bringing the stock saddle to the land of the know it all and the home of the arrogant.
Cheers, Ken Glaser, Northern, Minnesota.

There is a $25 minimum on ALL internet orders.
